BhoGen's bulk order packages are suitable for various events, including working office lunches, family gatherings, corporate meetings, birthday parties, social events, and more. Whether it's a small-scale gathering or a larger event, BhoGen can cater to your needs.

Q. How does the ordering process work?

The ordering process with BhoGen is simple and straightforward. You answer a few questions, accordingly we’ll customize and come up with a menu for you to select the dishes that suit your preferences and dietary requirements. Once you have made your selections, you can make the payment and place your order online. We will then handle the logistics and ensure timely delivery to your specified location. The order has to be placed minimum 24 hours before the event.

Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, BhoGen party package has a minimum order quantity to ensure that we can cater to your event effectively. The specific minimum order quantity is 5 people.

Q. Can I customize the menu according to my preferences?

BhoGen understands that every event is unique, and we strive to accommodate your preferences. While we offer a diverse menu selection, we also provide options for customization. Q. Are there any hidden charges or commission fees?

No, BhoGen believes in transparency and affordability. Our bulk order packages come with fixed pricing, and we do not charge any commission fees. The price you see is the price you pay, allowing you to plan your budget accurately without any surprises. The ad ons are separate and the pricing may vary in case you have ad ons in your cart.

Q. How far in advance should I place my order?

It is advisable to place your order with BhoGen in advance to ensure availability and smooth coordination. The lead time required may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. However minimum 24 hour notice period is required for any order. Contact our customer service team as early as possible, and they will guide you on the recommended timeline for placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that changes may be subject to feasibility based on factors such as availability and preparation time.

Q. Is there a cancellation policy for orders?

BhoGen has a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your order, please inform our customer service team as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and any costs incurred in the preparation process. Our customer service team can provide you with specific details regarding the cancellation policy. In case the order has been placed well in advance( 2 days or more) then the order can be canceled upto 24 hours before the event. If the order has been placed 24 hours prior to the event then it can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Q.Can I sample the food before placing a bulk order?

BhoGen does not offer food sampling for bulk orders. However, you can refer to our menu descriptions, customer reviews, and testimonials to get an idea of the quality and taste of our food. You can also place an order from our a la cart menu to try out the food. We take pride in delivering delicious and satisfying meals that meet the expectations of our customers.

Q.What are the accepted payment methods?

BhoGen accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. Our customer service team will provide you with the available payment options and guide you through the payment process.

What is Subscription ?
Q. How to subscribe for these plans?

You can subscribe to the plans online only. Payment portal is integrated on our website. You can pay by net banking, credit/debit card, e-wallets. Just add your plan to your cart and checkout like you do online shopping.

Q. How do i renew my subscriptions ?

There will be a change or renewal subscription button in your user profile after your login. You can click there to either simply renew your existing subscription or change the plan. You can also call us on +91 9354735959

Q. Can I get subscriptions for only weekdays and specific days?

Unfortunately, our subscription plans do not work like that, hence we can’t offer you meals as a part of subscriptions only on specific days. However, you can order food from our ala-cart section in case you want meals on selected days.

Q. I am travelling, can I pause the subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription. The number of days you can pause your subscription for depends on the duration and the plan that you have opted for.For more details, check the plans here.

Q. What if I want to skip or cancel a meal on a certain day?

Yes, you can skip your meals. The number of meals you can skip in your subscription depends on the duration and the plan that you have opted for.For more details, check the plans here.

Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel my plan?

Yes you will get a refund on a pro-rata basis if the reason meets company policies.

Q. What cuisines do you provide?

Our cuisines range from Indian to Continental, Pan Asian to Italian. The cuisines sent to you would depend on the subscription plan that you opt for. You can also call us on +91 9354735959 for further customisations.

Q. Can I change my selected homechef in the middle of my subscription?

Yes, you can change your homechef once.However it depends on the duration and the plan that you have opted for. For more details, check the plans here.

Order FAQs
Q. I don’t have a subscription. Can I order?

Yes, you can order individual meals from our A la carte menu. You can either pre-order or choose 2 hour delivery model.

Q. Can I choose the number of meals I want?

Yes, you can the select the combination of meals you want to subscribe to. You can choose individual meals, a combination of two, or even all 3 meals a day.

Q. How soon can my subscription start?

Once you complete the payment process, you can choose the start date of your subscription. The earliest can be 2 days from the date of payment

Q.What is the deadline for making changes to my order?

For any meal modification, you will have to inform a day prior. For cancellations of breakfast or lunch meals, the seller needs to be notified by 8pm the previous day and for dinner cancellations/changes they can be informed latest by 10 am the same day (only if you have 2 times delivery availed).

Q. How will I place my order daily?

Once you have taken the subscription plan, you don’t need to place your order daily. The meals will be delivered to you as per your selections. However, you may have an option to choose what you want to have, from the options provided by your chosen home chef, one day prior (depending on the plan you’ve opted for).

Q. Can the meals be prepared keeping in mind my allergies?

Yes, we do take your allergies and dietary preferences into consideration before you subscribe to our plan.

Delivery FAQs
Q. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address at least 2 hours before your delivery time slot from your buyer profile.

Q. In which areas are you delivering?

Our subscription packages are live only for Gurgaon deliveries at the moment. We would soon start delivering to Delhi, Noida and Faridabad as well.

Q. Is there a delivery charge/fee?

No, it is included in your packaged subscription

Payment portal is integrated on the website only. You can pay via net banking, credit/debit card, e-wallets. You will receive a welcome email and an invoice on your email when you are done with the same.

Q. My payment order failed but the amount is still debited from my account.

Don’t worry, this happens sometimes due to bad cellular connectivity. The amount will be automatically reversed within 3-4 business days. You can contact us on +919354735959 if something like this happens.

Q. Can I pay by Cash?

We only accept online payments for subscription packages to avoid any food wastages and save the efforts of our home chefs, since they are making food specially for you.

Q. How do I place an Ala Carte Order?

To place an Ala Carte Order, visit the website and browse the menu. Select the dishes you want to order, specify the quantity, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, provide delivery details, and complete the payment to place your order.
