    a. You can cancel your order up to a specified time mentioned during the ordering process. Beyond that, cancellation requests may not be accommodated as the food is prepared by home chefs, especially for you.

    b. To cancel an order, you are advised to contact BhoGen's customer support via the provided contact information and we’ll try our best to help you.

  2. Refunds:

    a. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per the following guidelines:

    - If the cancellation is made within the specified cancellation window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    - If the cancellation is made after the specified cancellation window, no refund will be provided as are home chefs have already begun preparing the food

    b. Refunds may take a reasonable processing time, and the exact duration may vary depending on the payment method and bank procedures. We request you to cooperate with us.

  3. Quality or Delivery Issues:

    a. BhoGen strives to deliver high-quality food and ensure a seamless delivery experience. However, if you encounter any issues, you are requested to reach out to BhoGen's customer support within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll try our best to help you out.

    b. In case of quality issues with the food or errors in the delivery, BhoGen may offer a replacement or partial refund, subject to verification of the issue.

  4. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery:

    a. If a delivery is not made within the estimated timeframe or is significantly delayed, you are advised to contact BhoGen's customer support for assistance.

    b. BhoGen will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include rescheduling the delivery or offering a refund.

  6. BhoGen reserves the right to determine cases where refunds may not be applicable, including but not limited to:

    - Incorrect delivery address provided by you.

    - Inability to access the delivery location.

    - Your unavailability or failure to receive the delivery.

    - Your dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.

  7. Modifications to Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    BhoGen reserves the right to update or modify the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review the policy periodically for any changes.
